Our sweet Parker is heading into retirement.

After a year of faithfully serving riders of all abilities, and bringing joy to every trail ride, it’s time for him to rest. Due to age-related changes in his legs, Parker will be moving to a nearby stable to enjoy a slower pace and all the love he deserves. Instructor Spotlight: Chelsea 🌟
This week, we’re celebrating Chelsea, not just for the incredible instructor she is, but for her commitment to growth and lifelong learning! Chelsea just completed her ESMHL certification (Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning) through PATH Intl., and we couldn’t be prouder. 🎉👏

Her journey into adaptive riding began with a simple school requirement. What started as volunteering quickly turned into a true passion. Growing up around horses gave her the foundation, but it was the magic of seeing horses help kids grow in confidence, joy, and communication that pulled her heart in for good.

Chelsea takes the time to meet each student where they’re at, learning their goals and interests so she can tailor every session to them.
As she shared, “I quickly fell in love with the concept of combining horses as mental health support.”

Let’s give Chelsea a big round of applause for her dedication to the kids, the horses, and her own continued growth. We’re so lucky to have her on the Silver Lining team! 💙🐴

Laughter, connection, and a whole lot of horse love 🐴💛

Our first week of Moms Summer Camp was full of beautiful moments, from brushing horses under the string lights to heartfelt conversations and donkey snuggles (yes, actual donkey snuggles 🫏🥰).

We saw courage, curiosity, and community grow with every step through the barn. It’s only week one, and we’re already feeling the magic of what happens when moms take time to reconnect…with themselves, with each other, and with the herd.

We can’t wait for next week!

Meet Judy...one of our incredible Mini Moms! She's not only full of love for our minis, but she also makes sure the Herd stay hydrated and healthy by keeping them stocked with Stress-Dex electrolyte powder (yes, she buys it 20 lbs at a time!).

Whether it's prepping for a visit to the retirement home or making sure our minis have everything they need behind the scenes, Judy is always there with a big heart and gentle hands.

Her heart for adaptive riding is pure gold. Whether she’s walking alongside a first-time rider or helping a student find their confidence through movement, Mandy shows up with love, patience, and a whole lot of joy.

She reminds us that progress doesn’t always follow a straight line but with the right support, it always leads somewhere beautiful.
