Do you have an extra place at the table this Thanksgiving? The Pensacola Humane Society is hosting the Save Me A Plate Foster Program from November 25th through November 29th and our hopes are to send every animal home to spend the holiday with family.

Foster periods like these can be life saving to dogs and cats in shelters because it gives them a chance to mentally reset and relax. The adoption center is loud, busy and sometimes stressful on animals. In your home they get to relax and be themselves! They get to get out all of their zoomies, be a couch potato, or beg for just one more scrap from the dinner table. You get to be the person that gives them that much needed break and gives our staff insightful information about cats and dogs in a home environment that we may not get to see.
