Hello, my name is Carlos, and I am reaching out for help during a time of great personal difficulty. Due to a disability and the financial strain caused by the challenging times we are all facing, Iāve fallen behind on my mortgage payments. Despite my best efforts to catch up and even negotiating with my mortgage company, Iāve been denied the possibility of a repayment plan.
