This is a much improved version of this video with Lulu the Frenchie. I can’t say enough good things about the chest-wrap technique especially for small dogs who can’t use a head collar. It’s better than a harness or better than just the traditional collar because it gives a little compression when needed. It’s also way better than just the flat neck collar!
