🐾 Hi everyone! it has been a beyond hectic and chaotic start to the summer, but I am so excited to share with you... Muddy Butts Grooming has officially opened in Penfield! I was presented with an amazing opportunity to lease a space in Penfield, where Advanced Heating and Cooling used to be! After working for various salons and space renting for the past two+ years, I met a wonderful colleague and now very close friend (owner of Tidy Tails), we decided it was time to finally venture into having our own salon. While I know for some of you this is a third move (my webster clients), I'm hoping that not only it is easier of a drive for you, but that you also understand that this is not only furthering and growing my business as a whole but also giving me the ability to provide a calming, inviting and most importantly safe environment for your wonderful sweet fur babies! Again, I have no idea where I would be without ALL of you guys! You trusting and allowing me to groom your kiddos has gotten me to this point, I am eternally grateful!
I also want to extend an immense amount of gratitude to multiple people, first, my husband Tim, who has held my hand and stood by me through everything, who has not only come in on his days off to help with setting up, bathing and drying, or simply snuggling a nervous pup, but also dealing with my overly neurotic anxiety ridden self on a daily and nightly basis (I swear this man has a patience of a saint), second my wonderful and amazing in-laws, Janet Kress Schuster and Jeff Schuster who have been the best cheer squad a girl could have, they have helped with moving, viewing the place when I was first looking and giving advice and help along the way, and often listening to my ranting and or rambling, thirdly to my amazing colleague, Colleen.. while I've known you for only a short time, I can say with confidence I absolutely adore you and appreciate you for venturing into this with me, although we have probably lost many hours of sleep while worrying and planning, it has been beyond worth it, thank you for being weird and anxious like me ❤️, fourth-ly (is that even a word?), my brother-in law, Brandon Schuster who has often (and last minute) coming to help move obnoxious large items into our salon, without complaint and always joking along the way, love you!, fifth-ly (again with these words), my oldest son, Aiden who helped with moving our furniture, painting, and helping install doors, you've made this momma proud, and lastly, to uncle Craig, who has tiredly put it many hours to help make this dream a reality - he installed our plumbing, did our flooring, helped with our painting, and made beautiful half doors throughout our salon to keep our favorite fur-legged friends safe❤️ we could not have done this without him!
If we haven't talked about this new and exciting place (us moving), I apologize in advance, I promise I'm working on reaching out to everyone and will provide directions on how to find me!
I cannot wait for you all to see the new salon, and once again, thank you!
