Welcome to Bark Alley Dog Spa! After several years away from the industry, I’m excited to return with a renewed focus on pet care that emphasizes wellbeing, safety, comfort, and individual attention. At Bark Alley, we offer one-on-one grooming services to ensure your dog receives personalized care in a calm, low-stress environment. Each of our shampoos and conditioners are free of toxins frequentl

y found in pet products, eco-friendly, and cruelty-free, each selected with your dog’s health and comfort in mind. Each grooming session is tailored to meet your dog’s specific needs, whether it’s a soothing bath, a tidy trim, or a full grooming service. Our priority is to create a positive experience that supports your dog’s overall wellness. Beginning June 11, 2025 we are booking our Basic Pet Care package. Now through September we will gradually increase our services to include full grooming packages. We invite you to stop in and tour Bark Alley. We would be honored to discuss your pets needs. I recently had a groomer who stopped by for a tour of the spa and asked about oiling blades. Another local groomer had scolded her for oiling her blades. I was confused. Proper blade maintenance (helps keep them cutting smooth and extends the time between sharpening) demands that blades be oiled regularly. Hopefully she sees this post. This a good video for oiling blades.

🥐 Meet Poptart – A Sweet, Fluffy Treat Looking for His Forever Home! 🐾

With a name like Poptart, you know he’s something special – and this 10-month-old Miniature Aussie/Sheltie mix is as delightful as the breakfast pastry he’s named after! At just 21 lbs, Poptart is the perfect pint-sized pup with a heart full of love and a coat full of fluff.

This tri-colored beauty was found barking in the middle of the road, desperately trying to find his people. Sadly, no one came for him — but thankfully, he landed in a loving foster home where he’s been thriving while waiting for a family who truly deserves him.

🌟 Here’s what we know about sweet Poptart:
🐕 Handsome with a capital H – his long flowing locks and markings turn heads
💔 Nervous in new situations – needs a patient adopter who’ll let him warm up on his own time
🏡 Lives peacefully with several dog friends – prefers polite pups who give him space
🚶‍♂️ Leash pro – walks beautifully and would love to be your hiking or walking buddy
🎾 Playful & active once comfortable – he’s got serious zoomie skills
🛏 Doing great with crate training and working hard on potty skills
🚫 Needs a secure fenced yard – this guy loves the great outdoors and has a need for speed
🐱 Hasn’t met cats yet
👶 Prefers a home with older children due to his timid nature

Poptart may take a little time to fully open up, but once he does, he’s all sweetness and snuggles. He’s searching for a calm, understanding home where he can finally feel safe, loved, and spoiled like he deserves.
