Potty Training Advice

Hi! I have a 18 week dachshund named Nisa, and she has been doing really well with going potty outside. But it seems like she still has trouble (or possibly just very stubborn). We will let her out for a full walk, or let her out for 30 minutes (on a sunny day as well). And then come in to run on the couch or carpet and p*e. We do treat rewards for pottying outside as well.

Is she falling behind in potty training for an average dachshund puppy her age, or is this a breed-specific thing? And any advice would be appreciated 😊

Eye crusty lol. He wants to know 🐶

Do all dachshunds have goopy eyes or just mine? It not really goopy yucky, lol. But he’s always got a little bit of stuff in the corner of his eyes. It’s not oozing or anything like infection. Just little hard crusties once in a while. Is that normal?
