It’s a shame that I have to post this, however, please be advised that the shop is equipped with cameras and night vision. There is consistent monitoring at this store 24/7.

There has been some theft at the store. The individuals have been caught on camera. This is my final warning to everyone who shops at my store.

I will not post your image, I will not ask for my items back. I will file a police report and waste my time in court having you prosecuted.

This is also my only notice that no children will be allowed in the shop under the age of 18 unless supervised by a parent. Signage has been posted advising of same.

I completely understand that I am in a small town, that there is not much for the kids to do now that they are off from school, however, my store is not a hangout. I work very hard, and if you steal from me, you will end up with a juvenile record.

I will be the first to admit that Haps & Peacocks don’t necessarily hit my “top five species of fish I wish to own”. However, this male BOD - Black Orange Dorsal Hap Cichlid, in my opinion, is an award-winning specimen.

Thank you very much to my favorite African breeder for sending him up north for the shop 😊 i’m so excited to head down south this fall to hopefully visit their farm in person.

Hello everyone. Just giving you guys and gals a heads up that all of the deliveries are delayed by one business day due to the holiday on Monday.

That means the majority of my deliveries are coming Wednesday and Thursday. That also means lights will be out on most of the tanks throughout the day.

Although all of the stock is fully updated on the website with what is arriving tomorrow, and will also be updated again on Thursday when those arrivals come, NONE of the livestock new arrivals will be available for sale.

To reiterate this, if you come to the store on Wednesday or Thursday, again, please be advised, that deliveries will be conducted throughout the day, and most of the lights will be turned off while fish are acclimating.

Our priority is to allow for the fish to calmly transition into their new environments, and treat them with medicines, if applicable upon arrival. Although this may be inconvenient for some of our customers because they cannot see the fish, I do my best to let you know ahead of time in case you wish to make arrangements for another day to shop at the store when all the deliveries are done.

Hopefully everyone understands that the care of the fish is paramount here at the shop. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but hopefully you understand the store policies.

On this Memorial Day, we must remember that our Servicemen and Servicewomen are heroic. They never die, they live forever in our hearts. They are who protect us in times of good and bad, no matter the political climate or which “side” we are on as citizens of this Country.

Today, let us remember and honor those who gave their lives for our freedom.

And, speaking of expanding, the revamp at the shop is in its final stages. Aside from a few tweaks, the shop is really becoming everything I envisioned from its inception. If you haven’t been around to see its recent progression, you should consider stopping by.
