Friends of PCACC

Friends of PCACC 501C3 group for the PCACC. We are the 5013-C group for the PCACC.

We care for the stray animals in the st.clair county area and work to feed, vet, and rehome these amazing furry friends. We provide a safe haven for abandoned, abused, and neglected animals and promote humane and compassionate treatment for all these babies.
