‼️PLEASE READ‼️

Good afternoon!

I just wanted to reach out and let everyone know that we just found out our 5 year old might have to have surgery but we won’t know until January 15th.

The reason I am making a post early is because usually the surgery happens within a couple days after the initial consultation. I just wanted everybody to be prepared that if she does have to have surgery and your baby has an appointment for that day I will need to reschedule you.

I will also be taking the week to 2 weeks off with her so that way she has my complete focus. I will of course respond to messages and still set up appointments I just will not be taking any dogs during her recovery time.

I will also let y’all know as soon as I know something!

Thank y’all so much for being understanding and I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Ps. I also got the appointment calendar figured out so I have everyone’s appointments written down!

Good morning!

I am apparently the worst booking app picker ever! So the booking app that I just switched has dropped off the face of the earth 😒

If you have recently booked or moved an appointment for your baby this month please reach out to me so I can make sure to get you on my calendar until I find a new app.

If we have created a rebook appointment between November 24th and now please reach out to me and let me know so I can make sure they too get on the schedule!

‼️Good morning everyone‼️

I just want to let everyone know that if you come up 302 to cedar creek that the road is closed on that side due to them fixing the bridge so you will have to take Thor Road and follow it out to Tindal road. When you get to Tindal you take a right onto Tindal and follow it down all the way to Cedar creek. Turn left onto Cedar creek and follow it all the way down to Johnson king!

‼️Good Afternoon everyone!‼️

I have a couple updates!

After tomorrow (Wednesday November 26th) I will be out of the salon until Saturday (November 29th). I will also answer messages and return calls starting that day.

I am also switching booking apps because the update on the one I have been using has been awful and is only getting worse with the more updates they are putting out. So if you receive a message stating something about your appointment either being canceled or being scheduled again please know it is just me switching the appointments to a different app!

I also wanted to let everyone know that at the beginning of the year my prices will increase, I’ve tried to keep them the same but the prices of my supplies keep increasing and I unfortunately can’t put it off any longer.

With all that being said I hope Y’all have a Very wonderful Thanksgiving and thank y’all so much for supporting me and my business! I couldn’t do it without yall!

If you’d like to get your baby/babies groomed before either Thanksgiving or Christmas please reach out to get them on the schedule. I have limited availability the week/weekend before Thanksgiving.

Good morning everyone!

❤️ I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for being so understanding with the AC situation! I also wanted to say thank you for all of the love and support we have received at this location! November will be a year of us being here!

❤️ I also wanted to let everyone know that we are still booking 2 to 3 weeks out. If you’d like to be on our cancellation list for a sooner appointment please let us know so I can put you on it incase we get an earlier appointment.

❤️ I have also been having some call me between 8pm-7 am at all times of the night and call multiple times. I kindly ask to please not do that. I try to answer all calls and messages between 8 am and 6pm but after 6pm I am getting my family ready to tuck in for the night. I also try to respond to everyone in a timely manner.

❤️ If you call and I’m unable to answer please leave a message, especially if you are a new customer. If you have never been with us before and don’t leave a message I don’t know to call back to set you up an appointment and I normally just think it is a spam call since my number is on Google and I receive a good bit of them.

❤️ If you’d like to drop off early please let me know ahead of time so I can let you know if we have space to hold your baby until their appointment and also so I can make sure I’m out there to receive the baby and you’re not stuck waiting.

❤️ With school starting back on Monday I will be getting in the salon right at 8am. I will be leaving the salon at 2:20 so I will need the babies picked up before then and won’t be back in the salon until 3:30. Soccer and dance will also be starting back soon for my kids so there will be days that I close the salon early and my weekend appointments will be limited with school starting back as well so please Rebook ahead of time!

Well exciting news!

Our AC has been fixed and we thankfully do not have to buy a new one! All appointments will be able to stay the same and we look forward to seeing everyone at their appointment time!

Good morning everyone!

Our AC in the salon has fully stopped working since we’ve gotten all those really bad storms. We have some window units running in the salon now but they can only keep the salon comfortable in the morning time before it gets uncomfortably hot in here due to the heat wave. My main concern is your babies! We are hoping that our AC guy can get out here in the next couple days but I do understand that he is extremely busy with the heat wave hitting.

That being said we are going to be moving everybody’s appointments to the morning time so that way we can still get everybody done but with everybody coming in all at once the time for appointments will run a little longer than normal. Please be patient with us while we work hard to not only complete your babies services but also are working hard to get a new unit as well. I thank y’all so much for understanding! I will be reaching out to everyone if you have an appointment coming up this week about dropping your baby off in the morning time. I will also be posting an update when we get the AC issue resolved!t
