Good morning everyone!
❤️ I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for being so understanding with the AC situation! I also wanted to say thank you for all of the love and support we have received at this location! November will be a year of us being here!
❤️ I also wanted to let everyone know that we are still booking 2 to 3 weeks out. If you’d like to be on our cancellation list for a sooner appointment please let us know so I can put you on it incase we get an earlier appointment.
❤️ I have also been having some call me between 8pm-7 am at all times of the night and call multiple times. I kindly ask to please not do that. I try to answer all calls and messages between 8 am and 6pm but after 6pm I am getting my family ready to tuck in for the night. I also try to respond to everyone in a timely manner.
❤️ If you call and I’m unable to answer please leave a message, especially if you are a new customer. If you have never been with us before and don’t leave a message I don’t know to call back to set you up an appointment and I normally just think it is a spam call since my number is on Google and I receive a good bit of them.
❤️ If you’d like to drop off early please let me know ahead of time so I can let you know if we have space to hold your baby until their appointment and also so I can make sure I’m out there to receive the baby and you’re not stuck waiting.
❤️ With school starting back on Monday I will be getting in the salon right at 8am. I will be leaving the salon at 2:20 so I will need the babies picked up before then and won’t be back in the salon until 3:30. Soccer and dance will also be starting back soon for my kids so there will be days that I close the salon early and my weekend appointments will be limited with school starting back as well so please Rebook ahead of time!
