Hey all.
Just wanted to take a few minutes to address a few things. As many of you know our Pekin trainer and co-owner Amber Erickson has been having a rough go of it lately. Amber has epilepsy and from time to time her body needs to rest.
The past few weeks she has been having a rough time. For those with medical problems or family with medical problems. You understand and we are so thankful for your understanding.
We are going on 3 weeks now where we unfortunately have not been able to run private lessons in pekin. For our pekin clients we greatly apologize and thank you for being patient.
She is still taking private lesson clients at the Peoria location. While it is a major drive for our clients that use the pekin office. It is for Amber's safety and well being that she is in Peoria for the time being. It is also for your experience and safety to be as good as it can be.
Until amber is seizure free for at least 5 days we do not feel comfortable with her in pekin to run the facility. This does mean that for at least the next week she will be in Peoria.
We are a very small operation and team. The team is comprised of a Groomer Hannah Teegardin, a boarding and trainer Olivia Percy, a part time trainer and manager Russ Fisher, and Sean Paul Erickson as the head trainer and owner. We do have a few other faces around Brittney Butterfield, Jennifer Hasty Johnson, Hailie Johnson. The lovely ladies mentioned last also have families and full time jobs. So they cannot take on the workload in pekin.
We tell our clients that when you join. You become part of our family. We don't exaggerate when we say we will show up at midnight if you need us. We are there when you're sick, have loss in the family, emergencies with dogs, etc.
We offer what we feel is a very beneficial and lasting service. We offer lifelong support to every client. We answer calls 24/7. We host many free events for your families to enjoy.
So we hope that during these difficult times. You please remember we are a small family run facility, we aren't a big operation and we give you our all. Please be patient with us and as always we can't wait to help.
We have been and will be here for you 24/7 at our Peoria location and online.
Thank you and have a blessed day.
