A lot of activity happening in the cat room 1/14. 7 got spayed/neutered today: Jack, SugarPlum, Hunter, Sommer, Mistletoe, Yogi, and Cinnamon. Excitingly, 5 adoption applications pending: Jodi, Louis, SugarPlum, Mistletoe and Cleo. Langley went back to vet to have incision evaluated. New arrival: CreamPuff, an orange buff tabby that was trapped but deemed adoptable. Hoping the positive energy continues!

Cats at FCAC looking for their furever homes…pass it forward

Courtesy post for Fayette Humane Society. Fosters are needed. 🥳Start the new year with feline friends. There are lots of types of fostering. Sometimes cats need a quiet home to unwind in and relax before going to adoptions every week. Some of these cats 😻 pictured would be a great fit for perhaps a retired person without young children where they can get 💕one-on-one love. FHS also "pulls" kittens from FCAC and needs more fosters to help in that effort. FCAS Cat Room Update for 12/31/24:
- currently 18 cats
- 16 in cat rooms: Jack, Sugar Plum, Theo & Milo, Lenora, Mistletoe, Colby, Yogi, Langley, Cleo, Fiona, Gary, Cynthia, Cinnamon, Jodi, Louis
- 2 in Groom Room: Panda (barn cat ready) and Angel
- New arrivals:
- Cynthia, a 1 year old spayed medium hair tabby ready for adoption;
- Cinnamon, a beautiful, petite 1 year old tortie;
- Colby, a ten-month old tabby with a bent right ear and stubby tail that is quite the socialite/hit
- Sugar Plum and Fiona love laying on their cat beds; Cinnamon, Langley, Gary and Cleo liked to play with the toys placed in their cages. Most lively I’ve seen Jack while playing with a string wand!
