Are you and your pets excited for Halloween?! 🎃
Our staff is very excited for it and we plan to have time changes so our staff can enjoy some of the holiday with family and friends . 👻🎃🍭

🎃On October 28th we will be open until 7pm
🎃October 31st we will be closing at 4pm.
🎃 Regular Office hours for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday .

We will give reminders as we get closer but as always we hope everyone has a fun and safe spooky season!

Did you know hookworm resistance is on the rise? These parasites 🪱 are getting tougher to treat — making prevention more important than ever!

What are they?
Hookworms are tiny intestinal worms that latch onto your pet’s gut and feed on blood.

⚠️ How pets get them:
•Sniffing or stepping on contaminated soil or p**p
•From mom’s milk (in puppies & kittens)
•Even through the skin!

🚨 Signs to watch for:
•Weight loss or poor growth
•Diarrhea (sometimes bloody)

😷 Why it matters:
Hookworms can cause serious anemia, especially in young pets — and some types can even infect humans through the skin. Due to this we are now requiring a f***l test to all boarders in order to keep pets and staff safe.

💊 What to do:
✅ Keep your pet on year-round heartworm prevention
✅ Pick up waste right away
✅ Have regular f***l checks

Keep your pets healthy, your yard clean, and those worms out! 🐶🐱💚
