🚨 No-Show & Cancellation Policy Update 🚨

We totally understand that life gets busy but missed appointments hurt our small business and take spots away from other pups waiting to be pampered! 🐶✂️

Here’s how our policy works at Designer Dog:

✅ 1st No-Show or Late Cancellation = No charge, just a friendly warning!

❌ 2nd No-Show (No Call, No Pup) = You’ll need to pay the full appointment price before rebooking.

⏰ Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment (after your first warning)? = You’ll be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

Please give us a call with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for understanding and supporting our amazing team! 💗🐾

📢 We're Hiring at Designer Dog Salon! 📢

Do you love dogs and cats? 🐶🐱 We're looking for a full-time Bather to join our fast-paced team. No experience? No problem! We prefer experience but will provide training for the right person. This role could also be a pathway to becoming a groomer!

Requirements:

- Passion for animals 🐕🐈
- Ability to work some Saturdays
- Reliable, friendly, and ready to learn!

Position Standards:

1. Deliver quality baths – dogs and cats must be bathed, dried, ears cleaned, and pads/sanitary areas shaved with care.
2. Respect fellow employees, customers, and pets.
3. Dependable – be on time and ready to go
4. Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

Key Duties:

- Greet customers and their pets
- Bathe and dry pets, trim nails, file nails, shave pads/sanitary areas, and clean ears
- Assist customers and answer phones
- Open/close the salon when needed

🌟🐾 June Pet of the Month: Meet Magnolia! 🐾🌟

Magnolia is our delightful June Pet of the Month here at Designer Dog Salon! This lovable girl thinks she’s a 5lb lap dog, even though she’s actually 60lbs of pure cuddles. Magnolia adores swimming and playing in the water, and she’s always up for an outdoor adventure.

When it’s time for walks, she’s so excited that she practically takes her owner for a run! Magnolia loves being outside, playing with her brother and sister, Millie & Murphy, and enjoying fun jeep or truck bed rides.
