🚨 EMERGENCY FOSTER NEEDED 🚨

This sweet 4-year-old Pit Bull/Lab mix urgently needs a safe place to go.

Her owner is a victim of domestic violence and was forced to seek shelter, where pets are not allowed. She was temporarily placed with a family member, but that person now also needs to enter a domestic violence shelter and can no longer keep her.

She is now at risk of being abandoned if a foster cannot be found.

What we know:
🐾 4 years old
🐾 Pit Bull/Lab mix
🐾 Lives peacefully with cats
🐾 Reportedly good with children

She cannot be surrendered to the shelter until tomorrow, and we are desperately hoping to find her a safe foster before then.

If you can open your home, even temporarily, please DM us immediately. Even if you can’t foster, sharing this post could help save her life.

Please help us give this girl the safe landing she deserves. ❤️🐾

Lola is still searching for her ! ❤️

This beautiful girl has been thriving in foster care and has even been working with  to continue building her social skills. Lola is a wonderful companion who loves being with her people and would do best in a home where she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves.

Lola is dog-friendly, enjoys walks and hikes, and is always up for an adventure. After spending more than two years in the shelter, she’s finally getting a taste of the good life in foster care with but what Lola really wants is a family of her very own.

She’s waited long enough for her happy ending. Could you be the one to give Lola the forever home she’s been dreaming of? 🏡❤️

THIS WEEK

We are approaching a heatwave in New Jersey!
Under NJ Title 4 companion animals cannot be left unattended outside without proper Shelter for more than 30 minutes and the temperatures are 90° or above. They also cannot be tethered between the hours of 11 PM and 5 AM unless they meet specific legal exemptions.
If you suspect any animal of being neglected under these conditions, you need to contact your local police department who has an assigned Humane Law enforcement Officer to address the issue.

Update! We have found a foster for Sirius!! Thank you so much everyone for sharing and reaching out offering to help ❤️ we are very grateful!

We are failing this dog and I’m not sure what else to do but straight up beg for someone to please step up for Sirius so he can get his heartworm treatment.

Sirius a great dog. He is happy, likes other dogs, has done well with kids, good in his crate. We have volunteers willing to help with vet transport. He just needs a place to stay for at least the two months he will be having heartworm treatment and he will need to be kept calm while having treatment which may require some separation from your dogs to prevent high energy play.

Sirius is around 40 pounds and has been described as the happiest dog ever. He is also deaf but this doesn’t stop him from living a full life.

We cover all vet care and can provide food and supplies as well.

PLEASE consider fostering him. We are begging. He is a good dog and deserves to be able to get the treatment he needs.
