Always work with a dog trainer (like myself) when working with a new tool. Again, do not introduce this to your dog without talking to a dog trainer first. Let’s welcome Luke to his board and train program! Luke is a very timid 6 month old pup who has separation anxiety. On day 1 he has been introduced positively with Goofy (who LOVES puppies). Luke was able to get out of his shell and play with Goofy without being afraid! Goofy is an excellent role model as he is teaching confidence and boundaries. Luke is starting to positively view a kennel as a rewarding and fun area as he gets yummy cheese thrown in there to build that confidence. No cheese and he went in by himself! Stay tune for his progress!
