‼️‼️Long Time Resident Alert‼️‼️

Our Lucy 💗 She came to us after losing her owner in October of 2024…that’s way too long to see the same kennel walls every day. Granted she’s had a few “stay-cations”, but nothing permanent has come to find her. We can’t understand why. 💔

Lucy LOVES to give love. She will sit in your lap for ear rubs all day long. Despite being almost 10, this gal is spunky. She loves to go on walks and destroy her stuffy toys. 🤣 She lived outside until coming to us, so housetraining needs some work but during all of her outings, they say she shows to try really hard!! With consistency, we think she could master it! ✨

Lucy is really really struggling in the shelter…She has ruts ran in every kennel from circling for hours on end, waiting for someone to choose her. 💔For so so long…While she would adore a furever family, we are desperately searching for a place outside of shelter life for her to stay. When you foster, we provide all necessary supplies!! If you’re thinking about it, reach out! We’d love to walk you through either process for any of our animals. 🥺

WE HAVE ZERO SPACE!! We now have 2 large dogs in wire crates in our cat building….Please foster if you can, adopt if you’re ready, and RECLAIM your dog! 🥺

Ohhhh to be a milk drunk kitten💤🐾

Spongebob and his siblings came in this morning. One of our amazing fosters already stepped up to take them in and we are so thankful. ✨

However, we are very low on fuzzy blankets, paper towels, gloves and dawn dish soap. 🥺

‼️STRAY ALERT- CAMP 70 AREA, DAVIS‼️

Intact male picked up by animal control at the dam out Camp 70. Seems to be very young. He’s very shy but a total sweetheart. If you recognize him, please call 304-704-4405!

PLEASE SHARE‼️ We have NO open kennels, so he is a large breed dog in a wire crate in our ACOs office😭
