HRCH Charlie MH
This weekend, Charlie picked up his final Senior pass, which also qualified him as a Master Hunter since he had already received 5 Master passes. We ran the Master test as well—he had a clean first series, a decent second series where he redeemed himself on the second blind, and that got us to the third.
In the third,one of the judges told me, “You’re good on marks, but you need a really good blind.” So that put the pressure on.
Charlie stepped up.
He picked up the double marks clean, lined up for the blind, and lined it—earning his 6th Master pass.
I know I’ll forget someone, but I want to thank everyone who helped us get here. Especially my wife Amanda Barlow Leitch for going with me to the majority of tests and being my biggest supporter.
Also wanted to thank the judges, Bird Techs, and club members at Deer River Retriever Club for all your help. Lisa Neel and Scot Whitaker, Eric Noel for judging his final Senior pass which also made Charlie a Master Hunter!

Next goal is the Grand and finishing his 500 points in UKC for HRCH Charlie MH and HRCH C**t.
