Did You know Wild Prickly Lettuce (Lactuca serriola) is a great herb that grows all over the world in many different varieties and all are edible and medicinal???

🌿 Wild prickly lettuce, often called “wild lettuce” or “opium lettuce,” has been used for centuries as a natural remedy for pain and relaxation.

🌿 Natural Pain Relief:
The white milky sap contains compounds called lactucin and lactucopicrin, which may have mild pain-relieving and sedative effects.

🌿 Supports Sleep:
Traditionally, wild lettuce has been used to calm the nervous system and help with insomnia and restlessness.

🌿 May Ease Coughs:
Herbalists have used it as a natural antispasmodic to soothe dry coughs and bronchial irritation.

Yesterday we had an awful event happen in our city. We had a child un alive herself in our highschools cafeteria with a gun. I'm not going into details, but I fear it vould have been so much worse. Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this awful day, and always remember, you are never alone. We see you. Please, don't ever feel like this is the only solution. Talk to someone. And parents, talk to your children. Hug them. Stop being so cruel. Reach out to us if you feel you have noone. L will listen.
