🌈 The ones who changed us forever. 🐾

They came into our lives for far too short a time,
but somehow left a lifetime of love behind.

They taught us how to love without limits,
to find joy in the smallest things,
and to cherish every ordinary moment.

And when we had to say goodbye,
they took a little piece of our hearts with them—
not because their love ended,
but because it became a part of who we are.

Some souls leave pawprints on our hearts
that time can never erase. 🐾❤️

Today, we remember the beloved companions
waiting for us beyond the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈

The ones we loved.
The ones we miss.

One of the hardest things about caring for our pets is that they don’t always show us when something is wrong. ❤️‍🩹
They may still:
🍽️ Eat 🐕 Wag their tail 😺 Purr and cuddle 👋 Greet you at the door
And yet, something could still be going on beneath the surface.

Pets are incredibly good at hiding pain and illness. By the time we notice subtle changes like sleeping more, eating less, losing weight, hiding, slowing down, drinking more, or simply seeming “off,” a problem may have already been developing for some time!

🩺 That’s why routine bloodwork is so important! It gives us another way to “communicate” with our pets when they can’t tell us how they’re feeling. It can give us a better glimpse into what’s happening inside their bodies... even when they’re still acting mostly like their normal selves. 🐾🧡

Meet Amore! Amore was rescued by a team member after being found with his sister at an abandoned home. He has had his kitten vaccines, is felv/fiv negative, and is neutered! He is a sweet playful fella who is ready to find his furever indoor home! A small adoption fee will apply. Please help us spread the word and help this boy find his new family!

Cuteness overload! These 3 cuties were rescued along with their mom by a team member. They are looking for their new families! They have started their kitten vaccines and are well socialized. They are FIV positive which means that they can live long, normal healthy lives when ideally being kept up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and being housed indoors where they are best protected from other animals who may have contagious diseases. Please help us spread the word and find these babies a place to call home!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Barnyard Buzz client education event on Thursday night! 🐐 🐔 ❤️

It was such a fun evening of meeting new friends, connecting with familiar faces, and getting to chat outside of a typical veterinary visit. We loved talking all things goats and chickens, and more!

We're already looking forward to our next event where we we be chatting about Exotic pets! 🦎 🐍 🐸
