We will be at a couple Waterloo schools for their festivals and the Memorial Day weekend we will be in Parkersburg for their fun days. Then it's back to Sioux Falls again the following weekend. We are in the market for a new Angora buck, a mini Fainter buck and some Indian runner ducks although you never know what we might find that tickles our fancy!

The Waverly Exotic Swap is next Sunday, April 11th and we plan on being up there about 10PM or earlier Saturday night. Even if you aren't in the market for new pets it's a great outing for the children since they will see many things they may never see otherwise. Try to be there early, as close to 7 AM as possible to see the most variety.

Roger and Clay just got back from Living History Farms where they had the petting zoo for their Easter party. 4,001 people went through the main gate! In 5 hours! We have been busy before but I think this is a personal record!

Between the both of us having bronchitis this winter, all the lambs and kids that have been born and early petting zoos I have been too lax on keeping up with this site! We had 5 crossed lambs, 8 Shetland lambs, 1 Angora buck, 3 dairy kids and three other kids so far this year. I am ready to start selling some of my Shetland lambs and a few yearlings. I'll write again soon, Deb

May 23-25 Parkersburg held its celebration "Renewal with Rememberance" to celebrate the rebuilding of Parkersburg after half of the town was destroyed last year by an EF5 tornado. We set up a smaller version of our petting zoo for everyone to enjoy!
