🐾 The dogs have officially wrapped up their first day of camp, and we think they loved it just as much as the kiddos did! 🐶💕

Today, we got to chat about safety, spend time with our furry friends, tour both the shelter and the SPOT Clinic, and even meet some adorable foster kittens. The campers learned a little about what it takes to foster kittens and how they can help animals in need. 🐱🍼

👑 Meet Marley! 👑

This beautiful almost 3-year-old terrier mix is ready to find her forever kingdom! At around 40lbs, Marley is the perfect mix of sweet and sassy and is currently working on her doggie social skills.

Marley thinks she’d shine best as the only pet in the home — after all, every princess deserves her own castle! 🏰 She’s looking for a family where she can soak up all the love and attention.

Marley would do best in a home without small kids, but she has so much personality and love to give to the right family. Could you be the one to give this princess her happily ever after? 💕

Meet Jameson🥹. A four year friendly, playful pup who greets every kennel visit with a toy in his mouth, hoping today is the day someone says “let’s go play ball.”

Jameson is ready for more than kennel life. He’s ready for summer adventures, fetch in the yard, and a loyal best friend to share it all with.

🐾 Sir Williams Update! 🐾

A few months ago, Sir Williams captured the hearts of our community after he was found abandoned at the Williamstown rest area. At the time, he was suffering from a painful leg deformity that required extensive medical care and two corrective surgeries.
We are thrilled to share that as of Tuesday, Sir Williams has officially completed both surgeries and is doing fantastic! ❤️ His recovery is going well, and he is now settling into a foster-to-adopt home where he is being loved and spoiled as he deserves. Adoption is right around the corner, and we couldn't be happier for him.

This incredible outcome would not have been possible without so many amazing people. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to:

🐾 His original foster family, who stood by him and cared for him through months of uncertainty and recovery.

🐾 Our dedicated volunteers, who generously gave their time to transport him to Columbus for surgeries, follow-up appointments, and specialized care.

🐾 His future forever family, who have opened their hearts and home to him and are making sure he lives his very best life.

🐾 Every single person who donated toward his medical expenses and care.

Because of your compassion, generosity, and support, Sir Williams has been given a second chance at a happy, pain-free life. Stories like his remind us what can happen when a community comes together for an animal in need.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in Sir Williams and helping make this journey possible. We are so grateful for our incredible supporters. You truly make miracles happen. ❤️🐶

👑 ALL HAIL CHAD, our certified Short King. 👑

Chad has the head of a Pit Bull and the body of a Basset Hound, giving him the absolute stubbiest little legs you've ever seen. Honestly, we don't know who approved this build, but we'd like to shake their hand.

At 4 years old and 41 pounds, Chad is the perfect low-rider package of charm, wiggles, and confidence. He gets along great with other dogs, but if he had his way, he'd spend most of his time hanging out with the ladies. 💕🐾

His legs may be short, but his personality is larger than life. If you've been looking for a goofy, lovable sidekick who turns heads everywhere he goes, Chad is your guy.
