What a Monday! Thirty animals in one day...

Monday is officially over, and our final count for today is 30 animals in need of care. ❤️

Duke and Diesel are two of our newest residents, and like every animal who comes through our doors, they are counting on us and on our community to help them.

We desperately need fosters and adopters to help free up kennel space so we can continue taking in animals who need us.

If you’re unable to foster or adopt, there are still so many ways you can help:

Meet Skettio! 🐾

This adorable 2-year-old, 25-pound bundle of Beagle love is ready to sniff her way right into your heart—and possibly every corner of your house!

Skettio is about 90% nose and 10% everything else, because if there’s an interesting scent nearby, you can bet this girl is on the case! With that famous Beagle nose leading the way, every walk is an adventure and every new smell deserves a thorough investigation.

But Skettio isn’t just all about sniffing—she’s also incredibly family friendly! She did fantastic at the mall, happily meeting children and adults, and she gets along well with other dogs too. Her friendly, merry personality makes her the kind of pup who enjoys being part of the action and spending time with her people.

Beagles were bred to work alongside other dogs and people, and Skettio has that wonderful social nature that makes the breed so lovable. She's affectionate, curious, happy-go-lucky, and always ready to see what exciting smells the world has to offer!

At just 25 pounds, Skettio is the perfect compact companion with a huge personality. Whether you're looking for a walking buddy, a family dog, or simply someone to keep life interesting, this sweet little scent detective may be your girl.
