Meet Yuta!

This 19-week-old Maine C**n kitten is growing way too fast, so we have to get all the cuddles in while we can! This guy is such a blast and has already stolen our hearts.

Maine C**ns are known as gentle giants, growing into one of the largest domestic cat breeds. They’re also known for their fluffy coats, big tufted ears, long tails, and playful, social personalities. Yuta is already showing off that fun Maine C**n personality, and we can’t wait to watch him grow!

Meet Freddy!

This adorable 10-week-old Newfoundland came in for his very first puppy visit with us, and he did such a great job!

Meet Valkyrie!

This adorable 10-week-old German Shepherd came to see us, and it’s safe to say she stole everyone’s hearts. Sweet, curious, and full of puppy charm, she made quite the impression on our team.

Meet Vivi!

This sweet little black kitten came in for her very first vaccines, and we loved getting to meet her during this important milestone!

Kitten visits are an important part of setting the foundation for a lifetime of good health. Early exams and vaccinations help protect kittens from preventable diseases, allow us to monitor their growth and development, and give us the opportunity to answer questions about nutrition, behavior, parasite prevention, and everything that comes with caring for a new kitten.

Meet Kaladin!

This handsome pup came in after an unfortunate run-in with a porcupine, leaving him with over 60 quills in his face. After a quick sedation, our team carefully removed every quill, and we’re happy to say he’s feeling better than ever.

Porcupine quills can be very painful and, if left untreated, can migrate deeper into the body and lead to more serious complications. If your pet ever has an encounter like this, it’s important to have them evaluated as soon as possible and avoid trying to remove all of the quills at home.

We’re so glad Kaladin is back to feeling like himself!

Meet Frankie & Lalo!

These sweet pups came in for their annual wellness exams and yearly vaccines, and our wonderful veterinary assistant, Angela, had the pleasure of helping care for them during their visit.

Annual wellness exams are an important part of your pet’s preventive care, even when they seem perfectly healthy. These visits allow us to perform a thorough physical exam, monitor for changes that may not be obvious at home, discuss any questions or concerns, and help catch potential health issues early. Staying up to date on vaccines also helps protect pets from preventable diseases and supports a lifetime of good health.

Meet Jamy!

This sweet baby Shepherd came in to get established with us for her very first puppy exam. She did an amazing job and even got her Bordetella vaccine—with a little cheese to make the experience even better!

The Bordetella vaccine helps protect against one of the most common causes of kennel cough, a highly contagious respiratory illness that can spread anywhere dogs spend time together, like boarding facilities, daycare, grooming appointments, training classes, and dog parks. It’s an important part of keeping your puppy healthy as they begin exploring the world.

We think cheese makes a pretty great reward for being such a brave girl.
