Happy Labor day to all of our amazing clients and patients. To everyone from humans to working animals, we see you and appreciate you. We hope you are enjoying your day off! We will resume normal business hours tomorrow Tuesday September 2nd. 🐶🐱

Big Congratulations to Dr. Kevin Frint!

Please join us in wishing Dr. Frint and his fiancée, Jess, all the best as they celebrate their upcoming wedding! 💍🎉

Dr. Frint will be away from Friday, August 22 through Tuesday, September 2 to enjoy this special time with family and friends. He’ll be back in the hospital on Wednesday, September 3.

No need to worry — we’re thrilled to share that Dr. Whitney Vaccari will be joining our team and starts seeing patients on Monday, August 25!

We’re so excited for Dr. Frint and Jess, and just as excited to welcome Dr. Vaccari to Hess Ridge Animal Hospital!

We absolutely LOVE helping special dogs like Hunter and supporting amazing rescues like Mile High Dachshunds Rescue. We can’t wait to see this sweet boy find his forever family! A big shoutout to Dr. Frint and our incredible team for making sure Hunter was cared for (and spoiled!) every step of the way.

We have a up date in Hunter.
He is one of the best dogs we have had.
Loves everyone and everything.
He had a major dental yesterday at Hess Ridge animal hospital where he lost 8 teeth🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷
One was an abscessed tooth of which we found at the time of his dental. The poor guy must’ve had some pain.

We are just happy he is recovering and in no longer in pain.
He will be available soon for adoption keep your eyes open for his announcement and his bio.

🐾 Looking for Love 🐾
Everyone, meet Diesel—a nearly 2-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog with a heart as big as his fluffy paws. He came in yesterday for a full health check and is ready to find his forever family.

Diesel is a sweet, gentle boy who can be a little nervous with loud noises, but he makes up for it with endless love and loyalty. He’s currently being fostered by one of our amazing clients until his perfect match comes along.

After searching high and low for the perfect addition to our team, we are thrilled to welcome Dr. Whitney Vaccari! From the moment we met her, we knew she was exactly what we were looking for—skilled, compassionate, and a perfect fit for the culture and vision we’re building here.

Starting Monday, August 25th, Dr. Vaccari will be seeing patients every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Her addition means more appointment availability for your pets—without ever compromising the personalized care you know and trust.

About Dr. Vaccari:
- Grew up in Jackson, Wyoming, surrounded by the beauty of the mountains
- Earned a biology degree from Washington State University while competing on the national cheer team
- Graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012, adding 13 years of experience to our team
- Passionate about dentistry, feline medicine, and fear-free practice
- Committed to advocating for her patients and collaborating with clients to create the best treatment plans
- Outside of work, enjoys spending time with her husband and their three rescue dogs, plus tennis, golf, pickleball, backpacking, skiing, and cooking

Wrigley successfully underwent TPLO surgery with us yesterday and earned patient of the week honors with Trek Veterinary Surgery!

Yesterday, we had the privilege of working with Wrigley — a super sweet 5-year-old Australian Shepherd mix who underwent TPLO surgery to repair a fully torn left CCL and meniscus.

Big thanks to the team at for their beautiful anesthesia and for hosting us!
