TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

Make sure you have read the TOS (terms of service) and shipping terms before sending a payment. Must be 18 or older to send a payment or will need a parent to send the payment and confirm it is ok. Shipping

Must let me know within 1 hour of arrival on how reptiles are doing. Remember with the Covid-19 Delays can happen and Fedex is not refunding due to this. That is why we are shipping on certain dates. Shipping is a flat rate of $60 and is not stated in the price of the animal unless stated otherwise. Live Arrival Guarantee
Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy as long as:
– Someone is available to pick up package at their home in time or at the Fedex Hub the same day it arrives.
– Accurate shipping address provided.
- If there is a DOA please contact right away with a picture. We can then discuss what will happen. Usually a gecko equal to the amount of the gecko lost or store credit for a later purchase.
*While it is unlikely the animal will drop a tail during shipping, I am not responsible for dropped tails over the course of the shipment. *

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for gecko’s 300+. Required to put the animal on hold is a 25% nonrefundable deposit for each gecko will be due to hold the animal. Will then have 30days from the day the first payment was sent to pay off. If animal is not paid off by then, they will be relisted and you will be credited for what you have paid, minus the deposit. Once a payment has been sent, it means you have agreed to everything on the TOS. Also, all payments are final and at this time no refunds will happen (Depending on the situation)
All payments are accepted through Paypal. I can either send an invoice or give you my email for you to send a payment. Color and s*x
I try to take as accurate pictures of the animals as possible. When pictures are taken it will be when the gecko is fired up showing their colors off. If needed and you would like additional pictures, please message and I can get them for you. Sexing can be provided as well, I usually only s*x on geckos that are 5g or more. However, I can still s*x if they are smaller upon request. If listed as "possible male" or "possible female" it means pores have been seen or not seen and could be a male or female but it’s not for sure. If listed as Female or Male, then that is a guarantee that they are that s*x. Please remember if a payment is sent then it means that you have read all the terms and agreed upon them. I also have the right to deny a sale.
