A little message from me, Tommi, the new owner.

To our loyal PawFection clients, we invite you to carry on with us as we transition to Brush and Bubbles Grooming. Our previous owner has moved on and we wish her well and the good things.

The good news is that we will continue to groom your furbabies with the highest standards of professionalism, quality grooming products, and personal care. Even better news is that you will still see all of the SAME wonderful groomers and staff!!

Here is a quick introduction of myself, the new owner. I’m Tommi, and I have been working with animals since I was 15. I have personally been here at Pawfection Grooming for 7 years. I am very excited to continue the mission of treating your fur babies like our own. I will highlight my staff in a later post.

You may notice some fresh paint and new branding, but Brush and Bubbles Grooming will carry on the tradition, where your fur-babies are OUR FAMILY 🐾

A year ago, I could never have imagined making this post. Let me start with the shop is NOT closing, but things are changing. I have told many of you that I will be leaving the shop after this week. Tommi, who joined us 7 years ago, will be taking over the shop under the name Brush & Bubbles. DO NOT WORRY.. All your favorite groomers will be there and I will still be grooming locally.

This is not an easy chapter to let go for me personally. So many memories and major life events have taken place since I opened the doors in 2014. I never thought PawFection would have grown like it has. I can not take credit for all the growth. The team that is staying at the shop is what has taken the shop to the next level. I am so excited to see how the shop grows and Tommi leads them onto the next chapter.

A lot of people will be asking, why? Please know that a lot of the reasons are personal and this is the best choice for everyone. Everyone’s top priority is you and your pets.

In the coming months, you will hopefully enjoy seeing the esthetic changes we will be making to the resort. While progress will be made, we want you all to know that we are laser-focused on continuing top-notch care and safety for you furry family members. There are many things that we will mirror from our predecessors because they worked so well; however, keep in mind that we are still a new business so please bear with us as we negotiate our staffing capabilities and needs of the resort guests! Here are a few things that you should know about the transition to Paw Paradise Resort (PPR):

1. Day Care will resume as usual Monday - Friday. Our pickup and dropoff time will be 6am-7pm. If you are in need of Weekend Day Care, please call the resort for availability.

2. Overnight Boarding will resume as usual with the above pickup and dropoff times. Reservations can be made by calling, texting our phone number or by using our App!

3. Resort guests will be monitored 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. As we embark on this exciting journey, we will have your pet’s safety and comfort as top priority. To do so, we will be staffing based on individual pet needs and our number of guests.

4. PPR will continue to use the Paw Partner App. While we will not have access to your past financials, we will have access to your pet’s information that was entered into the system. That being said, we may ask that you re-enter your payment information if you had any saved to your account.

Hi PawFection peeps! We have exciting news. In the early hours of Saturday morning.. Baby Weston made his arrival. Cyrelle (grooming) did amazing and both are home and doing great! ❤️❤️❤️
