After a great deal of reflection and many heartfelt conversations, we have made the difficult decision to close Taylor Made Boxers and retire from breeding.
Last week our girl Kali delivered a litter of 12 beautiful puppies. Tragically, we lost all but one of them. While the remaining puppy is doing well so far, the experience has been incredibly heartbreaking for our family.
Breeding dogs has never been “just a business” to us. Every litter has been raised with love, care, and a deep commitment to the Boxer breed. The families who welcomed our puppies into their homes became part of our extended Boxer family, and that has meant more to us than we can ever fully express.
After this loss, we feel it is the right time for us to step away from breeding. This decision was not made lightly, but we believe it is the right one for us moving forward.
We want to sincerely thank all of the wonderful families who trusted us with their new companions over the years. Watching our puppies grow and thrive in loving homes has been the greatest reward.
While Taylor Made Boxers will no longer be breeding, the love we have for this breed—and for the amazing people who have supported us—will always remain.
