The National Hurricane Center is monitoring 2 areas. 1 is a cluster of storms in the Gulf. There is a low chance of development in the next week. The first storm to form gains the name . Even without development, this will likely bring rain along the coast.

Please be aware of this situation and do not approach any animals that appear to be ill or acting in a strange manner. This includes both domestic and wild animals. Residents are encouraged to ensure their pets are up-to-date on all vaccinations, including Rabies, Parvovirus, and Distemper.
