Dear clients

Sometimes people forget that behind a small business is a real human being. 💜

I love what I do, I love your dogs, and I always try my best to accommodate everyone — even same-day appointments whenever possible. But sometimes life happens, medical reasons happen, and I need to slow down for a few days too.

Closing the store for two days should not feel like the end of the world. I’m not a machine, I’m a person trying to balance work, health, and life just like everyone else.

Thank you to the clients that understand, support, and show kindness. It truly means more than you know. 🐾
