✨ I'm sorry it's long - but it is important ❗️

Though I do my best to send out appointment reminders a day in advance, it is ultimately the pet owner’s responsibility to remember their scheduled appointment.

📅 Cancellation Policy:

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This gives me the opportunity to potentially fill your vacated spot with another client.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $55 cancellation fee.

• I completely understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. In those cases, we will discuss the situation at the time of the incident.

• Repeated cancellations without proper notice may result in services being discontinued.

🚫 No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not communicate, you will be required to pre-pay for future appointments before booking again.

Please remember—my business is by appointment only, and my spots are filling up quickly. Respecting these policies helps keep things fair and smooth for everyone.

🐾 Grooming Maintenance Policy

Dogs who go past the recommended 8 weeks between grooming appointments may be subject to an additional fee. This is due to the extra time and work required to safely and properly care for the coat when it’s grown out, matted, or more difficult to manage.

Regular grooming helps keep your pet comfortable and their coat healthy — and it also helps keep your appointment costs consistent.

I want to be transparent: I’ve been too lenient with these parts of my policies lately. This is a reminder that it will be fully enforced moving forward.

These are not new rules, just necessary ones that allow me to run my business effectively and respect everyone’s time.
