***ATTENTION:

Due to the many no call no shows and many people being late I am forced to make some changes. I have lost a ton of money because of people not showing up and also due to folks not calling within a respectable timeframe for me to get someone else in their spot. When y’all do this I can’t pay my bills. So from here on out I will require a 24hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you no call no show, or cancel within the 24hour period there will be half the groom price added onto the next appointment. After 3 no call no shows, you will be removed from my client list. And yes I absolutely understand emergencies happen, just communicate with me. You’ll be surprised how understanding I am. Now onto the next issue. I don’t have the luxury of having help with my children, I HAVE to leave by 2:30 to get my kids from school. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment there will be a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. When you are late it puts my WHOLE day behind. I get charged $1 per minute I’m late getting my daughter from school, therefore there will be a $1 per minute charge for being late after 2:30 (unless discussed prior).

Hey folks with the way things are having to go right now with the virus it is very important that you show to your appointment on time. If you are late it will run into my other appointments therefore we will have to cancel and reschedule for a later date. As of right now i am booked out until August 15th, there is no way possible I will be able to squeeze you in within a few days of you cancelling. I understand life happens sometimes but please dont yell and cuss me because I'm not able to squeeze you in. Trust me I dont like having to cancel appointments and possibly loosing clients over it because then I loose income for my family. With that being said we are doing nail trims again with appointments only. Thank y'all for keeping me busy!
