Spay and neuter, cat shelter

Founded in 1998, CAWS is dedicated to reducing overpopulation and improving the health of companion animals in the North Fork Valley through a low cost spay and neuter program. Additionally, we maintain a pet food bank to help families in need and operate an emergency cat shelter for local companion animals.

🐾💕 Meet Judy — Sweet Tortie Seeking Her Forever Home!

Just look at this beautiful girl! 🥰

At 7 years young, Judy is a lovely tortie with so much love left to give! She’s a sweet girl who clearly enjoys a little love and attention. Just watch her video! Those little paws, that adorable face, and the way she soaks up some affection. ❤️

Seven is a wonderful age for a cat — she’s in her middle years, with hopefully many happy years still ahead of her. And what we’d love most for Judy is to spend those years in a home of her own, where she can feel safe, be cherished, and enjoy all the love, affection, and attention she deserves. 💕

🐱 Judy is:
💕 Spayed, vaccinated & microchipped

🎉 Our adoption special is still going on! 🎉

Judy’s adoption fee is just $50 (regularly $75)!

📍 Come meet Judy at CAWS in Paonia!

PLEASE HELP SHARE THAT VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR CAWS!

Hi everyone,
CAWS is really in need of volunteers! Especially helping with Barkin Bargains, our thrift shop. We could really use people to help running the register. It’s a really great way to meet and connect with people, you get great discounts and you’re helping kitties! It’s a really great CAUSE!

If you are interested please stop by Wed-Saturday from 10-4 to pick up an application.

Please share to help our organization keep doing what it’s doing!!! Thank you!
