"Awakening"

This painting symbolizes the journey that one can take when interacting with and communicating with horses. Through body language, intent and cues we ask of the horse what we want. And through body language they tell us what they need from us in order to dance with our leadership. Horses are a mirror to our souls and their feedback should be a captivating part of the conversation, even if it's not something that you want to "hear".

The bluebird in the corner symbolizes hope, love, renewal and trust. I couldn't think of a better addition to the piece.
