Since it’s been a couple years, I just wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself!

So, hi! 🙋🏼‍♀️
My name is Caroline, but I typically go by “CK” in my work life. (‘Winnie’ is actually my we**ie dog!)

I just turned 29 years old & started this small business in June 2022, after slaving in the corporate grooming world for 8 years! After highschool I tried college, but home was challenging & life had other plans. While sometimes I wonder where I’d be with more college education, I can’t say that I regret choosing the path of dog grooming. It has certainly been rewarding! 🐾

After graduating highschool, I started as a bather @ PetSmart in July 2014 & went to grooming academy about a year later. I currently have 10.5 years salon experience! 🩵

After losing my mother unexpectedly May 2021, I am now the solo ‘parent’ of my younger brother, whom I lovingly call my ‘inheritance’. (If anyone has advice for raising this wild 14 year old boy, I’m all ears! 🤣 Just kidding, he’s honestly a great kid.)
Needless to say, things became challenging quickly! Life is simply different now. I went from living alone with no one else to be responsible for, to having a 10yr old child! I wouldn’t have it any other way, and I’m happy even with such a change. But, with my new life & needs, the corporate world showed its true colors. My last year in corporate grooming was soul crushing & I honestly considered giving up on grooming. It’s crazy what a change in atmosphere can do. I’m so grateful to be out of there!

I have 3 pets at home! Winnie the we**ie dog, Koda the lab mix, and Kevin the Cat! They all drive me nuts, but gotta love ‘em. 😉

When I’m not grooming, I really enjoy traveling! Oh, and PLANTS. (Some would argue that my house is a jungle! You’ll never convince me that it’s possible to have too many. 😂) So far my favorite places have been Alaska & Costa Rica! I’m excited for the flexibility of owning my business and being able to pursue all the travel I dream of.

I have to thank all of my lovely clients for helping me build this business through word of mouth! I hope you all know that I’m touched every time I see someone recommend me. 🥹♥️
