While TJ is away on a Boys Weekend with two of his sons (and the other Mrs. Walsh) in Chicago, I’ve been staying busy with these cuties…. Plus our three including Lil Bit recovering from surgery this past Friday.

Our 9 1/2 YO Morkie, Lil Bit, had her teeth cleaned AND a hernia repair!
Ever since she was spayed when she was less than one year-old, that surgery produced what veterinarians told me was a fat pocket. It had progressively become larger. Two years ago I requested an x-ray to see if it was a hernia  or to see if anything was wrong with nearby organs and at that time it was deemed it was not herniated. So yesterday she had the huge bulge that was surprisingly a hernia now, hanging from her belly removed with lots of stitches and today she’s acting like a three-year-old doggy looking around in her toy box with a new streamlined belly!.

Well, today is our wedding anniversary. TJ and I have been married 15 years but on this day, I have barely seen him 30 minutes. I was up and out the door to be at a five night pet sit at 7:30 this morning then I went back by to pick up some food and clothes later . Ahhhh the life of a Pet sitter. It is a conscious decision to have the possibilities of foregoing special occasions like holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, so people that love pets can have some time for themselves.
 I don’t know how this evening drop in Client knew it was our anniversary, but they surprised me!!! Love to all!
