ANOTHER PAWSOME SITTERS DRUG BUST: Mark Geyer was picked up today at Nicholas Zottos House (where he has been living) for POSS / USE / MFG / DEL / ADVER DR - 893.147 Use, possession, manufacture, delivery, transportation, advertisement, or retail sale of drug paraphernalia, specified machines, and materials.

His previous crimes include:
3 Misdemeanors (Theft)
3 Felonies (Co***ne, Stolen property then pawn)

In 2018 they dropped charges against him for co***ne and drug paraphernalia even though they found the co***ne in his car and it tested positive. He has a rather extensive criminal record.
We've received reports that police presence has drastically increased in the neighborhood specifically around Nicholas Zotto's house.

Case Update: Nicholas Zotto was served today regarding the misdemeanor animal cruelty charge. Here are the docs. They are saying it was a misdemeanor because the incident with Grizzly was only seen on one video it was "isolated" and "not considered repeated infliction of unnecessary pain and suffering per the aggravated animal cruelty statute."

They also say more videos were sent - all videos either show direct abuse, cruelty, confinement without food and water, and more. How is this considered not a repeated infliction of unnecessary pain and suffering if you look at the entirety of the situation?

Quick update on todays civil pretrial mediation involving severe injury to animal due to negligence:

SMALL CLAIMS HEARING PLAINTIFF PRESENT, REPRESENTED BY PETER PEAK, ESQUIRE DEFENDANT PRESENT, REPRESENTED BY NICHOLAS ZOTTO, PRO SE SERVED DENY CLAIM MEDIATION HELD, NO AGREEMENT TRIAL SET FOR 01/18/2024 AT 9:00AM

Zotto showed up and is fighting the lawsuit, trial is set for January 18th 2024 at 9 am. This was predictable since he still believes he did nothing wrong AND because he has a pending animal cruelty charge, if he accepted fault they could use it against him on the criminal charge.

NEW VIDEOS, SEE THE DIFFERENCE: The first part of the clip (nighttime) was filmed by Nicholas Zotto, the second part (daytime) by an employee. See how the animals run from him and are scared trying to get away. See how when it’s not him they are approaching and wagging tails even playing. Not all employees were aware of the abuse, he hid it so he could continue to abuse helpless animals.

In the first part, Nicholas Zotto filming you see:

The more evidence we receive the more we know for certain Nicholas Zotto does not just have “anger issues”, these were not just “isolated incidents”. He intentionally sleep deprived, deprived water and food, and tortured ALL animals in his “care”. Past clients ALL have said after picking up their pet they observed:

“Visible weight loss”
“Stress panting, sometimes for days after”
“Open wounds from metal bars and/or bite marks requiring thousands in vet bills”
“Obsessive yawning”
“Delirious behavior”
“Dazed look in their eyes”
“Scared and nervous for days”
“Never the same after”
