We are a non-profit 501(c)3 pending corporation consisting of two extremely Bulldog-passionate board members. We have teamed up to make a difference in the rescuing of Bulldogs and giving them a well deserved second chance at a wonderful life filled with love, proper care and a place to call their "Forever Home". Too many are abandoned, abused, neglected, and surre
ndered for financial reasons or un-forseen circumstances. Together we can help their voices be heard and give them an opportunity to have a family to call their own for the rest of their precious lives. We are based out of NY. All of the foster and adoptive parents will have a home visit before a bulldog is placed. We will not ship our Bulldogs, so please do not ask us to do so. Funds donated or raised are crucial to any rescue. BUMPER depends on generous donations of any denomination to help care for and provide the necessary essentials that these bulldogs need such as vet care, treatment programs, and supplies.
