Long story short: I learned about the tower gardens when I joined Juice Plus. I was afraid to buy one because I thought I would kill it. I was seriously black thumb and dumb. The only reason I bought my first tower garden is because I hated wasting money on food! I found it so easy to use and I fell in love with it as much as Juice Plus! I am thrilled to be an owner operator of two farms so far, the Orange County Convention Center west lobby and the Yellow Dog Café’s Urban Farm. I am in talks of a third location for 2026 so watch out world! I’m committed to helping as many people as possible get more plants in their diet and stay super healthy with Juice Plus while doing so. I also care as much about your health as I do your finances and I can help you and your family save or earn money doing what I do! The owner of Jersey Brothers came over to the Yellow Dog Urban Farm and bought 30 heads of this beautiful Bibb lettuce to show case his Ultimate Fried Chicken dish.

On this week‘s menu they are very excited to offer the ultimate fried chicken, which is a three day process. half of a chicken deboned then buttermilk marinated. We sous vide it for three hours at 145°. Let the chicken rest then flash fry it till golden brown served on a bed of locally grown Bibb greens with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and vegetable. 

This fried chicken was made famous by the Bull & Bear restaurant in the historic Waldorf Astoria hotel.

Get this dinner special this Friday and Saturday January 30th and 31st only!
