Another poor little victim of our throw away, carefree, self involved society🥲

Despite thousands of beautiful, sweet animals being killed throughout the country just because they had the unfortunate luck to be stuck with the kind of family that does that (saying no more). We know there are unfortunate tragedies that happen to people causing them to desperately seek a loving place for their canine companion. We feel nothing but empathy & heartache for those humans who are also suffering.

This sweet pup, with the same familly since he was a tiny baby is losing his family. This isn't one of those unfortunate situations & we're heartbroken for little Tyson. He doesn't know yet that his life as he knows it. Is about to end in sadness.

If you're interested in considering him, we'll put you in touch with the owners. He's about 45 lbs., 5 yrs old, gets along well with little dogs, & is sweet & loving with humans. He's OK with big dogs as long as they leave him alone, which probably means he hasn't been socialized & maybe would do best as an only dog.

We told the family how desperate this situation is & the slim chance of their pup finding a loving home, & all the potentially horrific outcomes for a helpless little family dog losing his family We told them we would try, because what else can we do🙏🏼

We sit by the river watching geese wade, alone
A child cries out, "mommy let's take him home!"

Mother smiles, "maybe some other day."
Just another fleeting hope, washed away

By the water's flow, as we sit by the shore,
Wishing just maybe, one day I'll have more

Sitting dreamily by the river, my nostrils flare,
I inhale as deeply as i can, this soft sweet air

Maybe this will last forever, but the sun is downing
A bright orange ball of fire, seems to be drowning.

Then the tug on the leash, my fantasy is broken
I hear the words I'm dreading, so softly spoken

"It's time to go back," I beg "Come again soon"
"Maybe for longer, & we can wait for the moon."🌙

We have a very special, beautiful young pup ready for adoption to a very special, loving home🩷💞

Our sweet girl Meadow is the epitome of a wonderful, loving family companion & very dog friendly. She's easy going, awesome energy level, loves to run & play, is easy on the leash, & a great cuddler & couch buddy at home💖🌻

If you remember Meadow had part of her leg torn off when she arrived at the shelter & amputation was the only treatment. You 'd never know she's a tripod unless you actually paid attention & even more amazing is you'd never know her previous life was a painful struggle, by her happy, gentle, sunny disposition🌞😎

Meadow is truly a special pup, an ambassador for her breed & will do her family proud🐾🌸
