Kingsmark can improve by being held accountable for the terrible thing they did. Shannon is extremely unprofessional, at face value she is nice enough to conduct business with initially. But if you ever have an incident where your dog gets injured, killed or sick they will immediately cut all ties with you and reference you to some bogus illegal agreement she has her clients sign.
Yes i said it illegal. You cannot have someone hand over their personal property for you to watch, and hand it back damaged or destroyed and claim ignorance or no fault.
Folks need to realize this. Her husband rich is in bed with the city and county. So there is a ton of cronyism going on.
For those who have had issues with damaged/ Injured "property" dogs, contact a law office down in phoenix.
Gemma a boxer dog lost vision in her left eye as a result of poor management and training. Then Shannon this woman who owns the facility has the audacity to lie through her teeth about what happened, I hope you brush and floss because it seems like a lot of unclean things leave your frontal or***ce.
I do not recommend you take your dog here.
Gemma has a huge following of friends and family "all over the place". I suggest you give Ben and Shannon Durrell a call to make this right.
