I hate to even have to make this post, but I stay booked 2–3 weeks out and no-call/no-shows take money away from my business and from other clients that could’ve had that appointment spot.
So moving forward, if you no-call/no-show for your appointment, the next time you book you will be required to pay:• Half of the missed appointmentAND• The new appointment fee upfront
NO exceptions.
Now, I completely understand that life happens. If you contact me the morning of your appointment by 8:00 AM and let me know you can’t make it, I can usually fill your spot and there will be NO fee.
But if you simply do not show up and do not call, you WILL be charged before booking again.
