Town of Palermo Dog Control We enforce the NYS Ag & Market Law under Article 7 and the Town of Palermo Law. The Town of Palermo does have a leash law.

All dogs 4 months or older MUST have a license in the township they reside in.

Today we got in a female German shepherd around 1-3yrs old was found near Co Rte 45/Co Rte 4
Yesterday we took in two pup pit mix 1 female 1 male from Co Rte 45 near the town park we still have two husky’s one will be going Monday to Oswego SPCA one is available for adoption
