So what is the best gift you can give your horse?
I know y’all would spare no expense for your horses. I wonder if you ever stopped to think that maybe one of the best gifts I could give your horse would actually be going to get yourself better balanced. Ask any rider that has come to me if I’ve helped them get closer to home and provide them with tools and knowledge to keep them there. My niche is truly affecting both parts of the puzzle, not just working on your horse but also helping your body gravitate closer to home, improving your fluid body so that theirs doesn’t have to compensate through not just their restrictions but yours too. Let’s face it, if we’re loving and breathing we’ve sustained “stuff” in life or we’ve lived in patterns which have created compensations within our body, movement and posture. Myofascial release works just as good for you as it does your horse, perhaps this is the season to give back to your horse by giving back to yourself.
