We’re going to be upfront with you—because you deserve honesty.

In order to continue operating, care for the animals who rely on us, and support the team working tirelessly behind the scenes, we are implementing updated pricing for our spay/neuter services.

This decision was not made lightly. The cost of medications, supplies, and providing high-quality, Fear Free care continues to rise.... and staying where we were is no longer sustainable.

The good news:
Our new tiered pricing structure allows us to remain sustainable while also making care more affordable for those who qualify and truly need it.

Community Cats (Outdoor Cats – TNR Program)
This is where we need to be very clear.

Our community cat rate is NOT a general discount.

It exists specifically to support individuals caring for outdoor, free-roaming cats they may not own, as part of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) efforts.

To qualify:
Cats must arrive in humane traps (this is newly implemented since this is strictly for cats who already live outdoors and are not pets). We support TNR efforts and the universal meaning behind the 'ear tip'.

This rate is intended for caretakers managing multiple outdoor cats.

This package includes:
🐾Spay/Neuter
🐾Rabies vaccine
🐾Ear tip (3/8" of the left ear) for identification

The ear tip is critical. It tells the community:
“This cat has already been fixed, lives outdoors in my community, and is being cared for.” Hence the term "Community Cat". They can be friendly OR feral (wild) and still become a community cat.

Because of this:
🚫 This package should NOT be used for owned/pet cats as a lower-cost option

Using it incorrectly can make it harder for your cat to be returned to you if lost, since ear-tipped cats are intentionally left in place by the community.
