By Appointment Only. The Spotted Pup started as an at home business in Austin, TX in 2016, with 5 clients. Within the first year that number rose to roughly 500 clients, without any advertising. The business grew by word of mouth via in person contact, neighborhood Facebook posts and Nextdoor posts. By 2020 The Spotted Pup was voted the #1 grooming salon for the neighborhood on Nextdoor. By the en

d of 2022 The Spotted Pup groomed approximately 750 dogs, and no longer had availability to accept new clients.

The state of Colorado has passed a new law concerning animals.

If you want to take your pet to the groomer they must be up to date on their rabies and DLPP vaccines. The only exception is for your vet to write a letter stating why the animal can't be vaccinated.
