This week we said “see you later” to our incredible receptionist, Ty Ann. She is moving on to new adventures, and while we are so excited for her, we are also going to miss her BIG around here.
If you’ve ever called our clinic, there’s a very good chance Ty Ann answered one of the 47,000 ringing phone calls with kindness, patience, and grace (seriously… how did she do it?!). She has been such an important part of our team and the heart of our front desk.
Ty Ann has a genuine love for both animals and people, and it showed every single day in the way she cared for our clients, patients, and coworkers. She handled the reception counter with pride, compassion, and a calmness the rest of us could only dream of while the phones rang nonstop in the background. 😂
Her huge heart, caring spirit, and friendly face will be deeply missed around the clinic. We love you, Ty Ann, and we are so thankful for everything you’ve done for our team and our clients over the years.
