While we try really hard to make sure your dog feels safe and comfortable there can still be cases when he or she will experience some stress especially if it’s their first time boarding or first time in a new environment. I take notice when one doesn’t want to eat for several days and try different ways to encourage eating sometimes sitting with them amd hand feeding. Also, they can have bouts of diarrhea. All of this is normal behavior which can be upsetting. I’ve included a post that will help explain. I always tell dog owners any problems I saw while boarding so that they can be informed for future reservations.

First let me say we appreciate all who have trusted us to take care of the furry member(s) of your family. We have been more successful than we ever imagined due to consistent bookings and loyal customers. Having said that, we must ask that once you have booked a space with us, please be considerate and let us know if your plans change which requires you to cancel or change your reservation. Most likely I can replace that reservation with someone on our waiting list but in order to do that we need to know in advance if your plans change. Over the July 4th holiday we had 5 last minute cancellations, none of which contacted us. I reached out to each one when they didn’t show up as expected. Fortunately, I was able to fill those spots with the waiting list.

Again, thank you for your business. We strive to meet and exceed your expectations.

The 4th of July is fast approaching and at this point we are completely booked thanks to some wonderful customers. However, if you would like to be put on a waiting list please leave me your name and number along with the breed of dog you would like to board and if we should get a cancellation for the size pen you need I will reach out to you.

Thank you for all that have booked with us for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday. At this time we are completely booked for May 26 through June 8. However I can put you on a waiting list for possible cancellations if you want to leave me a message on FB or voicemail.

Four years ago on Labor Day we opened our business to some truly amazing customers and their fur babies. We want to thank everyone for their trust in us. We intentionally made our rates affordable to everyone and kept those rates the same for the last four years. Having said that, we hope you will understand that we’ve decided to raise those nightly rates ever so slightly. We still believe our rates are lower than most kennels in our area. The following will go into effect September 1. $25 - 1 dog $40 - 2 dogs ($20 per dog) $45 - 3 or more dogs ($15 per dog). These rates will be posted on the desk in the front office of the kennel along with our drop off and pick up times which is also changing slightly to be more consistent. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be 8am to 9am, 6:30pm to 7pm with Thursday being the only day that has a morning time of 7am to 8am. We can be lenient somewhat if you make prior arrangements. We promise to continue to give the best service possible to you and your pets. Thanks so much.

Thanks to all that have booked with us for this 4th of July holiday. We are completely full at this point but will accept calls or messages to be placed on a waiting list for possible last minute cancellations. You can either leave me a message here or on our business phone listed.

The next busy holiday in the near future is July 4. Early booking is essential. We are now fully booked from now through the 4th of July. We have a few sporadic dates in June for small dogs but nothing for more than a day or two. At this point we have no availability for large dogs. If you call for a reservation please tell me the dates you are requesting and if we can’t accommodate we will put you on our waiting list for possible cancellations. Please keep in mind that if you need to board for a major holiday, it’s best to book as early as possible. Thank you to everyone that has entrusted us with your fur babies. 🥰
