Fresh Patch LLC is an e-commerce company that delivers hydroponically grown grass patches to pet owners within the United States. On July 6, 2010, the Fresh Patch Company began operating from its headquarters in Florida. Its flagship product is a disposable pet commode consisting of hydroponically grown grass within a cardboard container. Patent and Trademark Office issued a patent for the construction and continuous delivery/replacement method of the product. On February 3, 2015, the company pitched its product on the ABC television show Shark Tank. President Andrew Feld made the pitch, with the main points being the $1 million in sales, subscription-based business model, and plans to reduce shipping costs by establishing an East Coast distribution facility. On the show, Barbara Corcoran and Mark Cuban made a combined offer of $150,000 for a 20% stake in the company.

Happy National Black Cat Day!

Whoever said black cats are bad luck clearly never had one. From following you around like a little shadow to napping in every sunny spot, we all know how lucky they really are. And they make our homes better.

We spent the day with our friends at the Humane Society of Ventura County in Ojai. 🐾💚

We dropped off treats for the pups, met some very good dogs (and a few sleepy cats), and got a sneak peek at the plans for their new campus. Every one of these animals is waiting for a home.

🏡 Ready to meet your new best friend? Visit Humane Society of Ventura County in Ojai, open daily 10AM–6PM, or check out their adoptable pets online.

We got Ricki Lake on the podcast and she did NOT hold back. 🎙️🐾

The iconic TV host, actress, and dog mom opened up about how Fresh Patch changed her dog’s routine — and honestly, we weren’t expecting her to go there, but we’re so glad she did. 😂

Year 2 at CatCon and it just keeps getting better. 🐱🌱

The booth, the team, the people— this weekend reminded us exactly why we keep coming back. Cat parents have been showing Fresh Patch so much love and we are here for every second of it. 🫶

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and said hi. See you next year. 👀
