Check these little girls out! These are our F1 American Bresse chicks bred from imported French Bresse stock. Bresse are known for the marbled quality of their meat and for being exceptional table birds. We are excited to see them grow out in our new meat birb breeding program.

Today was a fun day for these little chicks. They moved to our outdoor grow out pen, giving them more space. This is a transition area before they move to the big coop and pasture. Arent they cute? 4 weeks old.

Pressure canning some tomato sauce for our home today 🎉

Our sauce has Zero Pesticides, Zero preservatives or chemicals, Zero bioengineering, just tomatoes & spices. 🙌

Not everyone has the time to can tomatoes at home. Cisco & I feel that clean food should be available at the grocery store. We plan to offer our own line of tomato sauces in the future. Look for our brand, GeneSix!
