✨ Stardust’s Porsche ✨
Coming 8 year old Gypsy mare, started under saddle, stunning broodmare prospect!
Porsche is a very nicely put together girl, with a very sweet head, lovely movement, and even sweeter temperament.
Training – she is started under saddle, with 90 days with a professional trainer 3 years ago. We continued her training at home but Monique took a serious fall almost 2 years ago and has not been back on her since, so she will need a training refresh under saddle.
Ground manners -- she is well behaved on the ground, good for the farrier and the vet. She is a little wary of water at first but then happy to stand for baths and loves being groomed. She is very trusting and is a complete lovebug.
She has a current negative coggins, up to date on all shots and vet visits, gets blood drawn and handles everything like a pro.
She has limited experience off property but takes things in stride and can go in any direction you’d like.
She is a maiden mare – we bought her to breed but after Monique’s fall and kids activities we have decided not to breed again right now, and she is too nice to sit! The timing is perfect for you to breed her this year if you’d like!
She does need to be managed mostly on a dry lot with round bale/hay or she will blow up—she gets chunky on air! She is on meds to help with her metabolism and figure😊 Too much grass will make her fat and foot sore (has had 1 minimal flare up in the spring several years ago).
